IMPACT digital media championship

One of the newer titles in TNA Wrestling, a championship that is eligible to be won by both men and women.

History of the Digital media championship

On the night that TNA and NXT merged into one big show, it was winner-take-all all for the NXT North American Championship and the TNA Digital Media Title, and The Complete Matt Cardona would end up sneaking his way through the match, scoring the decissive final eliminations to win both championships, retiring the Digital Media Title in the process.

Moose went for double and ended up with nothing at the end of Season 5, as he ran through his challenger at the start of the show and later in the night demanded a real challenger, only for Nic Nemeth to arrive to TNA and take down the Wrestling God becoming the new Digital Media Champion, capturing the ROH Television Title during the reign to become a double champion as well.

Just five days after Heath won the title at Turning Point, the former world champion Moose called out Slater for a match on the following Thursday's show, proceeding to obliterate him and capture the Digital Media Title.

Of all the people to dethrone Jeff Jarrett, nobody expected it to be Heath Slater. The One Man Band walked into Turning Point to try and help save Impact from The Main Event Mafia, and after superkicking Double J's guitar out of his hands and hitting the Wakeup Call, Heath won the first major singles title of his LS11 career becoming the Digital Media Champion... for five days.

This was the moment that it felt like LS11 Universe entered the weirdest timeline. At the start of Season 5, The Main Event Mafia of Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode, James Storm, and Frankie Kazarian took over in the year 2022, and then in early 2023 Jeff Jarrett joined their ranks, only a few days into Season 5 at Impact Under Siege a well timed guitar shot netted Double J the Digital Media Title from Joe

Say his name, and he appears! The LS11 Universe officially started to believe in Joe Hendry in early Season 4 when he turned his back on his mentor Matt Cardona at Sacrifice, leaving him laying with a Standing Ovation. At Bound For Glory after dubbing Cardona "Edge's Bitch", Hendry won his first title in the LS11 Universe becoming the Impact Digital Media Champion.
