World heavyweight Championship

The Samoan Werewolf broke away from The Forsaken and The Bloodline in Season 7, aligning himself as the new destroyer backed by The Wiseman Paul Heyman. Storming through the likes of Cody Rhodes and several others on SmackDown, at Unforgiven 2025 Fatu would take down The Viper Randy Orton to win his first ever World Heavyweight Championship.

It's insane to think that in six years of the LS11 Universe Randy Orton hadn't been a world champion outside of retro series. That all changed at Backlash in front of Orton's home town crowd in St. Louis when he RKO'd Drew McIntyre one final time and finally won his first World Championship in over a decade.

There may be no bigger hater of CM Punk than Drew McIntyre, and he proved that in Season 6 when he started to make Punk's life hell. When the two finally locked horns at Starrcade 2024 (Season 6) it was McIntyre who finally ended Punk's World Heavyweight Title reign and made McIntyre a three-time world champion.

Hell froze over on Day One of the real 2024 and the week before Clash at the Castle 2023 (Season 5) in the LS11 Universe when Cult of Personality blasted through the arena and CM Punk returned. Shortly after at Royal Rumble 2024 (Season 5), CM Punk eliminated John Cena to win his first Royal Rumble, and defeated Dominik Mysterio, making good on his claim that he'd always wanted to beat up Dom when

Dominik Mysterio was dubbed by many as the guaranteed first guy to fail his Money in the Bank cash-in in LS11 history. At Survivor Series 2023 (Season 5) Dominik and the rest of NextWave crashed the opening contest between Randy Orton & Drew McIntyre with Dominik cashing in on McIntyre and Dominik Mysterio officially became World Heavyweight Championship.

After years of being Cody's sidekick, bailing him out of trouble, and being the enforcer of The Six, Drew McIntyre got his revenge for everything in the main event of SummerSlam 2023 (Season 5) when he hit the Claymore heard round the world and pinned Cody Rhodes to make Drew McIntyre a two-time World Heavyweight Champion.
